chicken breast with Portabella mushroom/artichoke heart
gravy on egg noodles, spring greens salad, honey whole
wheat bread, rum cake
Day Three
Breakfast; French toast, sausage, pineapple
Lunch; turkey/provolone on
whole-wheat sub roll, apple, chocolate chip cookies
Dinner; Goat cheese on crackers with
pepper jelly, pork medallions with chipotle rub, pasta, 3-
bean salad, plum torte with whipped cream
Day Four
Breakfast; Granola with strawberries and bananas,
toasted Chibatta bread
Lunch; Bison burgers, potato salad,
ice cream at the Judith Landing Trading Post
All our food is created in our
commercial kitchen here in Fort Benton. Meredith’s 20
plus years of experience as a chef ensures your food will
be properly handled under strict Food Safe guidelines
enforced by the state of Montana. Everything is cooked
from scratch and our food is purchased locally.
